摘要
针对我国高技能人才的现状,围绕企业高技能人才严重短缺与高等院校毕业生就业难这一矛盾,分析造成高技能人才短缺的原因,介绍创新培养模式及促进职业教育的方法,并提出加快高技能人才培养的对策。
This article, which is about the situation of excellent technicians in China, analyzes the reason why we are short of these excellent professional technicians, and introduces some new professional ways about training person of technical ability. As we know, there are so many graduates who can＇t get jobs in competition, while so many enterprises are lack of people of professional technical ability. What＇s more, the article points out some effective training ways in order to increase the number of excellent technicians.
