摘要
水果贴标是水果商品化处理的重要环节。目前,我国除少数进口的水果生产线外,绝大多数采用人工贴标方式,对水果自动化贴标设备的研究还处于起步阶段。为此,介绍了水果贴标机的工作原理和主要工作部件的作用,研究分析了目前国外已应用的水果自动贴标设备的种类和特点,并着重介绍了两种典型的压贴式和气贴式水果贴标设备的结构设计和技术性能,指出水果自动化贴标技术的发展将呈现高速化、智能化、低耗化和无纸化的趋势。
It is a important tache of processing fruit as an commodity to paste label. At present most of fruit label in our country is pasted by manual work except some fruit product line imported. The research on automatically stick label to fruit technique is still at first stage. This paper has introduced the work principle and function of main parts. Analyzed the type and characteristic of automatically stick label to fruit equipment which has been used at home or abroad. Especially introduced the structure design and technique capability of two typical kind of press stick and gas stick equipment. Pointed out that the development of automatically stick label to fruit technique will present a trend of high speed and intelligentize and little power cost and paperness.
