摘要
为降低医务人员采血的劳动强度及减少医疗事故发生的概率,设计了一种适用于一次性采血管采血后贴标的包装设备。分析了一次性采血管贴标系统的运动形式,确定其工艺流程,对其整体结构进行设计,主要包括采血管输送机构和贴标机构。本文所设计的采血管输送机构可以有效地实现一次性采血管转送及整理工作,贴标机构可以实现不干胶标签准确快捷的黏贴,保证整机工作的可靠性,同时设备占地面积小,实用性高,具有较广的推广价值。
In order to reduce the labor intensity of medical personnel and the probability of occurrence of medical accidents,in this paper,a kind of packaging equipment suitable for labeling of disposable blood vessels was designed.The movement form of the disposable blood vessel labeling system was analyzed,its process flow was determined,and its overall structure was designed,mainly including the conveying mechanism and labeling mechanism of the blood collecting vessels.The designed vessel conveying mechanism can effectively realize the conveying and unscrambling work of the disposable blood vessels,and the labeling mechanism can paste self-adhesive labels accurately and quickly to guarantee the reliability of the whole machine.Moreover,the equipment has a small floor area requirement and high practicability and has a larger value of extensive application.
