摘要
阐述科学发展观对加强图书馆人力资源管理的指导意义,剖析当前高职院校图书馆人力资源及管理工作的现状,提出以科学发展观为指导,加强图书馆人力资源管理的具体建议。
The paper determines that to manage the man power of the library is of great importance. Unfortunately there are some problems in the work. Therefore, to guide the management in a scientific way is very practical.Some administrative suggestions are proposed.
