知识经济时代,人力资源是图书馆事业持续发展的根本保证,本文论述了高校图书馆加强人力资源开发与管理的重要性,提出了人力资源开发与管理的新理念、新举措。
During the time of knowledge economy, human resource is the guarantee of the development of library business.
