摘要
依据渤海辽东湾海冰管理项目,将电子海图显示与信息系统(ECDIS)和雷达海冰监控相结合,构建了一种雷达遥测监控系统。陆地雷达监控站使用MD-3641/3642型雷达,采用Internet技术和CDMA/GPRS通信技术实现与指挥中心的数据传输。设计的嵌入式雷达控制单元以16位单片机PIC24作为CPU,并给出一种目标回波识别算法,用以实现图像去噪和确定海冰回波的准确位置与分布。网站结果表明,该系统扩展了雷达遥测海冰及监控的功能,对保护海洋石油平台和海上工程设施及航运的安全预警乃是一种有效管理途径。
A radar remote monitoring system used for sea ice is established in accordance with the sea ice management project in Liaodong Bay in Bohai. It is based on an Electronic Chart Display and Informa- tion System (ECDIS) combined with sea ice radar monitoring. Data transmission is realized between the command center and radar monitoring stations on land by means of MD-3641/3642 radar, internet network technology and CDMA/GPRS communication technology. The embedded control unit on radar is designed to use the 16-bits SCM PIC24 as CPU. An algorithm to identify the target echo is proposed, which can denoise image and determine the accurate location and distribution of sea ice. Website results show that the system can extende the function of the.radar's remote monitoring sea ice. And nowadays it has been an efficient mean for protecting the marine oil platforms and marine en gineering as well as shipping facilities.
