摘要
利用动电位扫描极化法和交流阻抗技术(EIS)研究了P110钢在CO_2环境下的极化曲线和交流阻抗特征,为进一步研究CO_2腐蚀机理提供理论模型。结果证明,温度是影响腐蚀的重要因素,其对腐蚀的影响主要体现在阴极行为上,90℃时阳极出现了"类钝化"行为,腐蚀机理可能发生变化;P110钢CO_2腐蚀阳极反应的EIS谱表现为一种类型。在试验温度下谱图均呈现出两个时间常数,曲线表现为连续的双容抗弧且低频容抗弧逐渐扩大;P110钢CO_2腐蚀阴极反应的EIS谱也表现为同一种类型,随着温度升高,容抗弧逐渐缩小,低频区逐渐表现出由扩散导致的Warburg阻抗特征。
The polarization curve and cross -current resistance characteristics of P110 steel under CO2 environment were studied by electrokinetograhic scanning polarization technique and electrochemical impedance spectrometry ( EIS), and theoretical model on CO2 corrosion was investigated. The results show that temperature is an important factor affecting corrosion, which is mainly demonstrated by the cathode behavior. At a temperature of 90 ℃, " pasivation" occurs on the anode which indicates that the corrosion mechanisms may have changed. The EIS graph of corrosion anode reaction is one type, and has two time constants at the test temperature. The curve is a continuous double capacitance resistance arc and low -frequency capacitance resistance are gradually expands. The EIS graph of corrosion cathode reaction of P110 steel under CO2 environment is also one type. The capacitance resistance arc gradually becomes smaller with rising temperature. Warburg impedance characteristics which resulted from dispersion appear in the low -frequency area.
