摘要
服装产业发展使我国高等服装教育急需培养知识结构全面、具备综合素质的复合型人才。课程设置均衡化、教学过程职业化、师资队伍灵活化、设计思维创新化是本文提出的复合型人才培养观。
This paper discusses the urgent needs to cultivate compound talents with overall knowledge and comprehensive qualities in the costume industry. It also proposes a balanced course plan, career teaching, flexible teacher team and creative design thinking is the key to the solution.
