摘要
通过对福建省高中体育骨干教师关于"学生发展观"所持的观点进行问卷调查。结果表明:问卷的5个维度中反映出,关于学生的发展大部分教师不赞成遗传观,而在环境观、教育观、自然成长方面比较赞成,在知识获取方面则靠学生自身的努力。而对5个维度的统计分析中显示,不同教龄的体育骨干教师在教育观的认识上存在着差异。旨在通过对学生全面发展的因素进行分析,为教师对学生的发展进行针对性的教育提供参考依据。
A questionnaire investigation has been conducted about P.E. elite teachers' opinion of the student development view in senior high schools in Fujian province. The findings show that most of the P.E. teachers agree with the environment concept, education concept and free-development instead of genetic inheritance concept in terms of the students' development. Most of the teachers believe that the knowledge acquirement depends on students' effort, The findings also show that the P.E. elite teachers of different teaching experiences have different opinions about the education concept, This paper is composed to analyze the factors influencing the overall development of the students and provide references for the education in the course of students' development.
