Angiogenesis After Cerebral Ischemia

摘要 脑缺血后血管生成日益受到关注。脑缺血后,血管生长因子表达增加,促进内皮细胞增生,新生血管形成,从而改善缺血区血液供应,缩小梗死体积。联合应用外源性血管生长因子、干细胞移植、治疗性血管生成促进血管生成主要是通过促进血管生长因子表达实现的。深入研究缺血后血管生成机制,将为缺血性卒中的治疗提供理论依据。 Angiogenesis after cerebral ischemia is of angiogenesis growth factor increases after increasingly receiving attention. The expression cerebral ischemia. It promotes endothelial proliferation and neovascularization, and thus improves blood supply in ischemic regions and decreases the volume of infarction. The combination of exogenous angiogenesis growth factor, stem cell transplantation and therapeutic angiogenesis to promote angiogenesis was mainly achieved by promoting the expression of angiogenesis growth factor. The further study of the mechanism of angiogenesis after ischemia will provide theoretical basis for the treatment of ischemic stroke.
