摘要
卒中是围手术期最可怕的并发症之一。文章从围手术期卒中的发生率、机制、危险因素分层及其缓解等方面进行了系统回顾。针对围手术期卒中的危险因素和发病机制，有望从手术方法、技术和药物治疗等方面加以改进，从而降低围手术期卒中风险和改善预后。
Stroke is one of the most feared perioperative complications. This article systematically reviews the incidence, mechanisms, risk factors stratification, and relief of perioperative stroke. Aiming at the risk factors and pathogeneses, it is hopeful to improve from the aspect of operative methods, techniques, and medication, and thus to decrease the risks of perioperative stroke and improve prognosis.
