摘要
教师在教育教学过程中的基本职能、角色定位可概括为四个方面,即传授知识、培养能力、为人师表、科研创新。科学界定和准确把握教师的基本职能、角色定位对明确教师的努力方向,规范教师的基本行为,特别是不断提高教师的教育教学水平有重要意义,也对学校的教育教学管理工作有指导作用。
It is considered that teacher's basic functions and role in the process of education and teaching should be generalized into 4 aspects, which are to initiate knowledge, cultivate capability, set up a good model and make technology innovation. Scientifically defining and exactly understanding teacher's basic functions and role is significant in making teacher's task clear, regulating his/her activities and improving his/her level of education and teaching. It also have guidance in instructing school administration.
