摘要
伴随着社会的发展,新的旅游危机类型不断出现,传统的危机类型划分已无法涵盖现有的危机类型。从人们对旅游危机的传统认知与掌握程度以及影响范围与扩散方式两种不同的角度对危机类型进行重新划分,并对不同类型危机的特征进行分析与比较,以期为旅游业各相关主体在危机演化的过程中根据不同类型危机的特征采取相应的措施并有效地控制危机提供指导。
With the development of our society, various new tourism crises emerge, thus the traditional classification can not cover all the tourism crises anymore. This paper classifies the tourism crises from two different aspects： people＇s traditional cognition and the spreading ways of crises, and then analyzes the types, characteristics of different kinds of crises systematically, hoping that each relative body can take corresponding actions based on the characteristics of different crises, and then offer guidance to the effective control of crises.
