inkang capsule is composition of traditional Chinese herbs with basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, The effects of hemorheology and microcirculatory disturbance with Xinkang capsule in rats were observed. The results showed that Xinkang capsule was able to inhibit platelet adherence and aggregation, decrease whole blood viscosity on low shear, prolong reacting time and coagulating time of thrombolastrogram, improve deformability of erythrocyte, extend diameter of blood vessels, improve blood flow of rats' auricular microcirculatory disturbance cause by adrenaline. The results showed that the Xinkang capsule extract can markedly improved disturbance of the rats 'auricular microcirculation.
