摘要
本研究在为制定城市公交司乘人员的管理方案提供心理学依据,通过问卷形式对城市公交青年司乘人员进行了相关调查。结果表明:城市公交青年司乘人员的一般自我效能感、工作压力和满意度均处于一般中等水平;性别、工作时间、学历等因素对城市公交青年司乘人员的一般自我效能感、工作压力和工作满意度有不同程度的影响。
The purpose of this study is to offer the psychology basis for drawing up the management solutions of young staff of urban public transport. Relevant investigations in questionnaire forms have been made among young staff of urban public transport with the results showing: their general self-efficacy sense, work stress and satisfaction are in middle level with the sex, working hours, education background and other factors having different impacts.
