摘要
目的:观察番茄水溶性纤维(SDC)降糖作用。方法:腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)导致糖尿病小鼠模型,实验随机分为5组,每组15只,即正常对照组、模型对照组、正常实验组SDC(5g/kg)、番茄SDC组(5g/kg)、番茄粗纤维组(10g/kg),连续灌胃。在第14天和第28天以葡萄糖氧化酶法测定小鼠空腹血糖,在第28天同时进行糖耐量实验。结果:与粗纤维组相比,番茄SDC实验组能显著降低糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖值。与模型组相比,番茄SDC实验组对糖尿病小鼠的糖耐量具有显著的增强作用(P<0.01)。结论:番茄SDC对糖尿病模型小鼠降血糖作用强于番茄粗纤维,具有较好的辅助降糖作用。
Objective: To observe the hypoglycemic effect of tomato soluble dietary cellulose. Methods: The normal mices were injected with STZ for the models of diabetes, which were grouped into 5 with random allocation in the experiment including norreal control group、nonnal experiment group SDC(5g/kg), diabetic model group、 tomato SDC group(5g/kg) and tomato crude fibre group( 10g/kg). The glucose oxidase method was used to determine blood glucose after the mice given drugs after 2 and 4 weeks. Restilts: Both the tomato SDC and tomato crude fibre could decrease the blood glucose level of the mice, while SDC was better than the crude fibre. Compared with model mice, the tomato SDC group could improve glucose tolerance in diabetic mice remarkably ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Condusion: The hypoglyeemie effect of tomato SDC was better than tomato crude fibre, and had better effect of auxiliary cure.
