摘要
通过皂化的方法将30%的粗品茄尼醇提纯,对粗品茄尼醇的皂化条件进行了研究,探索了皂化温度、皂化时间、NaOH用量和乙醇用量的影响,实验结果用高效液相色谱分析,并用最小方差法关联.结果表明在45℃时,5.0 g粗品茄尼醇中加入2.5 g NaOH和30 ml乙醇,搅拌皂化3小时,能将茄尼醇的含量提高到41.90%.实验和关联值为进一步提纯茄尼醇提供了有效依据.
Saponification was used to refining solanesol from crude solanesol (30%) in this work. The saponification conditions such as saponification temperature, saponification time, amount of NaOH and amount of C2H5OH were studied; these results were analyzed by HPLC and showed the content of solanesol arrived to 41.90% at the optimal conditions, with the saponification time of 3 hours, temperature about 45℃, amount of 2.5 g NaOH and amount of 30 ml C2H5OH for 5.0 g crude solanesol. The Minimum Variance method was applied to correlate the results. The experimental and correlative results provide an effective basis for further research of refining solanesol.
