摘要 中枢神经系统损伤(包括脑和脊髓的外伤、脑血管疾病如脑出血和脑缺血、神经系统变性疾病如运动神经元病以及退行性疾病如帕金森病等)的再生与修复是神经科学研究领域的热点和难点,中枢神经系统损伤不仅给患者造成重大的精神负担,还给社会和家庭带来巨大的经济负担。近年来,神经干细胞(NSC)的发现成为上述疾病的治疗带来了希望,
