摘要
目的:了解重庆市农村卫生人力培训工作现状和培训需求。方法:通过问卷调查、个人访谈等定性与定量结合方法,对重庆市25个县(区)乡、镇卫生院医务人员和乡村医生的培训现状和培训需求进行调查。结果:重庆市农村卫生人力培训工作在培训地点、内容、方法选择和信息反馈方面存在问题,一定程度上影响培训效果。结论:优化培训各环节,关注农村卫生人力培训工作自身特点,创造发展有中国特色农村卫生培训理论。
Objective To know the status quo of and needs for of the health manpower training in rural areas of Chongqing. Methods Structured questionnaire, individual interview and cluster stratified sampling were employed. Results There exist problems in selecting training sites, contents, approaches and obtaining feedbacks, which affected the training outcome. Conclusion It is necessary to optimize the training work. Training theories characteristic of China for health manpower training in rural areas should be developed.
