摘要
目的:探讨了慢性丙型肝炎患者血清IGF-I、TNF-α水平与脂质过氧化的关系。方法:应用放免法对32例慢性丙型肝炎患者进行了血清IGF-I、TNF-α水平测定,化学比色法测定丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:慢性丙型肝炎患者血清TNF-α、MDA水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而IGF-I、SOD水平则非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),相关分析显示,血清TNF-α与MDA呈正相关(r=0.6012,P<0.01)。IGF-I与MDA呈负相关(r=-0.4018,P<0.05)。结论:慢性丙型肝炎患者存在脂质过氧化,与IGF-I和TNF-α存在相关性。
Objective To study the relationship between serum IGF - I, TNF - α levels and lipid peroxidation in patients with chronic hepatitis C. Mothods Serum IGF -I, TNF - α (with RIA) levels as wen as serum MBA, SOD (with CLIA) levels were examined in 32 patients with chronic hepatitis C and 35 controls. Results Serum Levels of IGF - I and MDA were significantly higher in patients with chronic hepatitis C than those in controls (P 〈 0. 01 ), while the serum levels of IGF - I and SOD were significantly lower (P 〈 0.01 ). Serum levels of TNF - α were positively correlated with MDA levels ( r = 0. 6012, P 〈 0.01 ), while IGF - I levels were negatively correlated with MDA levels (r = - 0. 4018, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Lipid pemxidation was present in patients with chronic hepatitis C, with correlated changes of IGF - I and TNF - α levels.
