Influences of Anions on the Dispersion Properties of Kaolin Slurry

摘要 盐类如硫酸盐和磷酸盐中的多价阴离子提高了临界聚沉浓度,而这些阴离子的稀化效应能够被相对应的酸式盐如NaHSO4,NaH2PO4及酸H2SO4和H3PO4中的氢离子抵消。Na4P2O(7焦磷酸钠),Na2HPO4有效地阻止了颗粒聚沉,对高岭土分散液有显著的稀化作用。在高岭土溶液浓度一定的条件下,临界聚沉浓度Ck随阴离子类型而变化。 Salts with multivalent anions such as sulphates and phosphates increased the critical coagulation concentration, while the liquefying effect of these anions was counterbalanced by the protons of acidic salts such as NaHSO4, NaH2PO, and by acids H2SO4 and H3PO4. NagP2OT, Na2HPO4 actually impeded coagulation and showed the pronounced liquefying effect of multivalent anions. The critical coagulation concentration Ck for Kaolin suspension at certain concentration was a function of the types of ion.
