摘要 介绍了掩膜电解加工微小群孔的技术,深入研究了掩膜厚度、加工电压、电解液种类等参数对微小群孔加工效果的影响。通过对这些参数的优化,提高了微小群孔结构的均匀性和微孔的加工精度。 The metal sheets with micro multiple holes are widely used in various fields. At present, the machining methods of micro multiple holes are paid more and more attention. Of all the machining methods, electrochemical machining (ECM) appears to be very promising. In this paper, Through-mask Electrochemical Machining has been introduced. During the process of experiments, the influence of mask thickness, voltage and electrolyte on machining quality has been studied. Finally, micro multiple holes with high machining quality have been achieved by optimizing these parameters.
