小榄镇动物致伤人群的分布特征分析与预防控制

摘要 目的了解居住小榄镇人被犬、猫等动物致伤注射狂犬病疫苗情况。方法将2005~2007年在小榄医院、陈星海医院预防门诊注射狂犬病疫苗5692例做分布特征分析。结果致伤动物种类主要是犬类占82.36%,其次是猫占12.42%,鼠占5%;受伤者男性高于女性;少年儿童高于成人;受伤部位以下肢、上肢多见;5~10月份为致伤高峰期;全程接种疫苗占60.49%;注射狂犬病免疫球蛋白占64.35%。疫情显示2005~2007年无狂犬病的发生。结论被犬、猫等动物致伤,及时地全程、足量注射狂犬病疫苗,提高高危人群免疫能力,是预防与控制狂犬病发生的有效措施。 Objective To investigate the antirabies postexposure prophylaxis in Xiaolan county. Methods Persons involved in this study were outpatients bitten by animals and were treated in Xiaolan Hospital and Chenxinhai Hospital from 2005 to 2007. All the patients received rabies vaccines, etc. An epidemiological analysis was performed. Results The animal type who were responsible for the human exposure in Xiaolan county were dogs (occupying 82.36% ), cats (occupying 12.42% ), and rats (occupying 5% ) ; the incidence of bitten by animals in males were higher than in females, adolescents and children were higher than adults. The most common position were lower extremity and upper extremity. The spiked period were from May to October. 60.49 96 of them were treated with whole - course rabies vaccines, and 64.35 % of them received rabies immune globulin. Results showed no rabies associated diseases occurred from 2005 to 2007. Conclusion Immediate, whole- course and high dose of rabies vaccines injection is highly effective for prophylaxis for and control of rabies disease by enhancement human immune ability.
