摘要
在2000~3200米/分纺速范围试纺微细旦丙纶长丝。采用国产Z30S聚丙烯切片时,纺得卷绕丝在筒管上的后收缩过火,且卷绕丝的力学性能差,后加工困难。文中对其原因作了分析讨论。经试验,Z30S树脂通过添加降温母粒改性后,再配以合适的纺丝工艺,可以由高速纺纺得合格的微细旦纤维。本文对主要的纺丝工艺作了论述。
Test spinning of PP microfilaments was carried out in the range of take-up speed from 2000 to 3200 m/ min. With domestic Z30S PP resin as raw material,the resulting as-spun filaments showed large after-contraction on the bobbins and poor mechanical property. The reason for this was suggested and discussed in the paper. By further experiments ,Z30S was proved to be qualified for high speed spinning of microfilaments ,only if it was modified by proper chemical degradation and spun under a set of proper conditions corresponding to the modified resin.
