摘要
本文主要用间接化学降解法对三种不同原始分子量聚丙烯进行较系统性的化学降解,并讨论该系例样品降解现象和聚丙烯熔体形态的变化.实验证明:间接化学降解法可在比较宽的范围(如熔融指数MFI1.4~300g/10min、零切变速率粘度η_050~16000Pa.s)内进行有效地控制聚丙烯分子量、熔体流动性能.
Indirect method is used in the systematic chemical degradation of polypropylenes with three different original molecular weights, changes in the appearance of degradation and the melt morphology of degraded polypropylene are discussed. Experiment shows the molecular weight and melt flow behavior of polypropy-lene can be controlled within a wide range (MFI=1.4~300g/10min,i]o玸50~1600Pa. s) by indirect chemical degradation.
