给出了空间Ｒｎ中正则集的定义，在Ｒｎ空间中的正则紧凸集上，研究并得到了生成矩量半群的五个彼此等价的条件。
The definition of the regular set in space R nhas been given in this paper On a regular convex compact set in R n, the five equivalence conditions generated and the semigroup of moment have been considered and obtained, which are the generalizations os H Buchwalter and G Cassier′s works
