摘要
随着中国加入WTO,合资、独资旅行社的进入,旅行社的竞争越来越激烈,向旅游者提供优质服务是旅行社生存和发展的关键。通过对目前我国旅行社服务质量的研究背景及全方位服务质量管理构建的必要性进行分析,提出了旅行社全方位服务质量管理构建的可行性对策。
With China's entering WTO, and joining of joint - venture and sole proprietorship travel agencies, the competition among travel agencies becomes more and more fierce. To provide quality service for travelers is essential for travel agencies to survive and develop. By analyzing the research background of China's current travel agencies' service quality and the necessity of building omnidirectional service quality management, the article proposes the feasible countermeasures of building omnidirectional service quality management of travel agencies.
