摘要
落实科学发展观,推动经济、社会的协调发展,人才是一个基础性、全局性和决定性的问题。要加大对教育的投入,把有限的资源用在刀刃上,实行多种教育形式互补,降低教育成本,提高人才培养效益。
Implementing the concept of scientific development, and driving the coordinated development of the economy, talented person is a basis, overall and decisive problem. Only we will increase the investment in education, use our limited resources where they can be put to best use, implement complementary of various education forms, and reduce the educational cost, can we improve the benefit of training talented people.
