摘要
虚拟仪器技术改变了传统测试系统的组成方式,正推动着测试技术的变革。为了提升测试技术实验水平,该文为本科生设计了“输送带振动测试虚拟仪器设计”实验,完成了输送带系统动态特性分析,设计了数据采集系统,在DRVI虚拟仪器开发平台上设计了虚拟仪器程序,构建了测试虚拟仪器,并对输送带的振动进行了在线测量和数据分析。这一实验已经应用于本科生的教学实验,取得了较好的教学效果。
Virtual instrument (VI) technology has changed the constitutional components ot traditional measurement and test systems, and thus the measurement and test technology has been reformed. To promote the experiment level of measurement and test technology, a virtual instrument for measuring the vibration of a conveyer belt has been developed to analyze the dynamic properties of the conveyer belt. After designing the data acquisition board, a VI diagram is carried out based on DRVI, and a VI development tool, and some online experiments have been done and the experiment data are analyzed. The developed VI system has already been applied in the university teaching activities and has produced good effects.
