摘要
过程控制实验系统既要对输入信号进行采集,又要对输出信号进行处理,更要求有可视化的监控视图。采用PCI-1711数据采集卡对控制对象的输入信号进行采集,使用LabVIEW软件对采集量进行显示和处理,根据设定的控制指标,采用PID等控制算法,经PCI-1711数据采集卡和驱动放大电路输出,对电动调节阀、变频器等执行机构进行控制,完成液位、流量、压力等常用工业过程控制量的数据采集和控制。PCI-1711数据采集卡和LabVIEW软件的引入,可以实现对过程控制系统的参数测试、显示、存储、分析及控制,提高了原有实验平台的功能扩展性。
The process control system can not only require the ability to collect the input signal data,but also process the output signal data.And it also needs to have the visual monitoring interface.The system collects input signal data of the process control system using PCI-1711 data acquisition card and uses LabVIEW software for data processing and display.According to object properties and system performance index,the control system uses PID algorithm to calculate the control target value,and utilizes the analog channels of PCI-1711 and driver amplifier to control the electric control valve,inverter and other actuators.By introducing PCI-1711 and LabVIEW,the acquisition of system parameters,display,storage,analysis and control can be realized,and it is better to achieve the functional scalability of the original experimental platform.
