摘要
以2种头孢霉素类抗生素(头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮)为对照,在离体条件下(LB培养基上)检测了2种碳青霉烯类抗生素(亚胺培南、美罗培南)对不同农杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。同时考察了这4种抗生素对烟草和水稻愈伤组织生长的影响。结果表明,这2种碳青霉烯类抗生素的MIC和MBC均在0.2 mg.L-1以下,对于农杆菌的抑制效果要远远强于对照的头孢霉素类抗生素。而且这4种抗生素对愈伤组织生长没有明显负作用,且在一定浓度下可促进愈伤组织增殖。
The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and minimum bactericidal concentrations (MBCs) of carbapenem antibiotics (Meropenem and Imipenem) and cephalosporins antibiotics (Cefotaxime and Cefoperazone) on different Agrobacterium strains in LB solid medium were identified in this study. Meanwhile effects of these antibiotics on growth of tobacco callus and rice callus were evaluated. Compared to cephalosporins antibiotics (including cefotaxime and cefoperazone), meropenem and imipenem had the highest active in suppressing all A. tumefaciens strains tested (minimum inhibitory concentration [ MIC] 〈 0.2 mg·l^-1, which equals to minimum bactericidal concentration [ MIni ). The negative effects of four antibiotics tested in this study on the growth of callus were not evident, and on the other hand they could promote the growth of callus in some concentrations of antibiotics.
