摘要
通过对知识型员工特征的分析,把知识型员工考核指标体系总结为四大类:结果型指标、过程型指标、前瞻型指标和风险型指标,提出了一套选取绩效考核指标的方法。
Through analyzing the features of knowledge workers, this paper divides the evaluation index system of knowledge workers into four classes, such as result index, process index, prospect index and risk index, and advance a Set of methods for selecting the performance evaluation indexes.
