医院知识型员工的特点及心理契约管理

摘要 医院是知识型员工高度聚集的组织。知识型员工作为一类特殊的群体,在个人特质、心理需要及价值观念等方面表现出特殊性。研究医院知识型员工的特殊需要,并运用心理契约来设法满足他们的这些需要,能极大地调动其积极性,激发其创造力,从而增强医院的竞争优势。笔者分析了医院里知识型员工的特征和需要,论述了心理契约管理在医院知识型员工管理中的作用,提出了医院知识型员工心理契约管理的构建方法。 Hospitals are characterized by dense distribution of knowledge-oriented staff. As a special population, knowledge-oriented staff are quite particular in personal quality, psychological needs and concept of values, and they have their unique demands. To study their particular needs and try to satisfy such needs with the psychological contract will greatly motivate their initiative, stimulate their creativity and, consequently, enhance the competitiveness of the hospital. This paper analyzes the features and needs of knowledge-oriented staff in hospitals, discusses the role of psychological contract management in the man agement of knowledge-oriented staff and proposes the approaches to the construction of psychological contract in the management of knowledge-oriented hospital staff.
