摘要
本文从内毒素的生物学活性,内毒素血症与细菌感染的关系,以及内毒素对微循环的作用、对细胞内糖代谢、脂代谢、蛋白质代谢影响等方面介绍了内毒素在多脏器功能障碍综合征发生、发展过程中的作用及其机制研究进展,用以指导临床工作者对于多脏器功能障碍综合征的早期诊断与治疗。
In this article, we introduced biologic activity of endotoxin, many pathogenesis of endotoxin in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （MODS） such as the relation of endotoxemia and infection, the influence on microcirculation and intracellulare substance metabolism, as well as the progresses about endotoxin in MODS in the past few years in order to guide the diagnosis and therapy in clinical experience.
