摘要
Ag纳米线因其在催化、光电子、微电子器件等方面的潜在应用而受到广泛关注。综述了硬模板法、软模板法、自组装法、声电化学法和水热合成法合成Ag纳米线的原理及特点,并介绍了Ag纳米线的应用和发展趋势。
Silver nanowires have attracted considerable attentions for potential applications in catalysis,optoelectronics,microelectronics and so on. In this paper, the synthesis methods including hard-template, soft-template, selfassembled,sonoelectrochemical and hydrothermal synthesis methods are reviewed. The mechanisms and characters of these methods synthesizing silver nanowires are also reviewed. The application and development trend of the silver nanowires are introduced.
