摘要
磷酸钙骨水泥是一种新型骨移植替代材料,对它的改性研究是近年来的研究热点之一。生物材料应用于临床要对其生物相容性进行评价并观察骨水泥材料与宿主的生物相容性反应。目前,对生物材科的相容性评价方法主要有两类,一是动物体内实验,即将材料植入体内做组织学检查,观察材料及周围组织病理变化;另一类为体外试验,即用材料或浸提液研究材料对组织细胞生长、代谢及增殖方面的影响。本文通过体外和体内实验对磷酸钙骨水泥的生物相容性进行评价。
Calcium phosphate cement is a new material for bone transplantation. Researches on reshaping calcium phosphate cement are a hot focus in recent years. Biocompatibility of biomaterials should be assessed before clinical application. Moreover, the biocompatibility between bone cement material and the host should be observed. Presently, there are two methods for evaluating the compatibility of biomaterials: one was animal in vivo experiment. Material was implanted into an animal for histological examination to investigate the pathological changes of materials and surrounding tissues. Another was in vitro experiment. Influence of materials on growth, metabolism and proliferation of histiocytes was analyzed with materials or leaching liquor. The present study served to assess the biocompatibility of calcium phosphate cement by in vitro and in vivo experiments.
