摘要
目的:研究镍钛记忆合金锯齿环抱器(Ni-Ti MEP)治疗成人前臂双骨折的疗效。方法:回顾160例成人前臂双骨折患者,分别采取有限接触动力加压接骨板(LC-DCP)和Ni-Ti MEP治疗。分析比较两组治疗后骨折的平均愈合时间、愈合率、前臂功能的恢复情况及内固定取出后再骨折发生率,并作统计学处理。结果:Ni-Ti MEP固定组在骨折愈合时间、愈合率、前臂功能恢复方面与LC-DCP固定组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ni-Ti MEP固定组的再骨折率较LC-DCP固定组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Ni-Ti MEP治疗成人前臂双骨折,疗效确切,操作简便,再骨折发生率低,是成人前臂双骨折治疗方案的又一种较好选择。
Objective : To evaluate the effect of Ni--Ti--shaped memory embracing plate (MEP) in treating both--bone fore- arm fractures in adults. Methods.. A retrospective review of 160 adults with both--bone forearm fractures treated respectively with Ni--Ti MEP and limited contact dynamic compression plate (LC--DCP) was made. Average healing time of bone fracture, healing rate, functional recovery and re--fracture rate were compared between the two groups. Results: There were no obvious differences of the average healing time, healing rate and the functional recovery between the two groups (P 〉0.05), while the rate of re--fracture in Ni--Ti MEP group was significantly lower than that in LC--DCP group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Ni-Ti MEP operation provides a successful method for both--bone forearm fractures in adults.
