摘要
目的探讨形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折不愈合的疗效。方法使用形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折不愈合13例,其中内固定术后失败12例,非手术治疗1例,均采用植骨。结果13例均获随访,平均12.7个月,X线片显示术后平均2.4个月骨折愈合。结论形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折不愈合固定坚强,操作安全,愈合率高。
Objective To study the effect of shape memory alloy encircling instrument in the treatment of clavicle fracture nonunion. Methods Thirteen patients with clavicle fracture nonunion were treated with shape memory alloy encircling instrument, thereinto, 12 patients were failure after inter-fixed operation and 1 patient received non-surgical treatment. All patients were treated with bone transplant, Results Thirteen patients were followed up for an average of 12, 7 months. X ray films showed that the fracture was healed in an average of 2. 4 months after operation. Conclusion By using the shape memory alloy encircling instrument to treat the clavicle fracture nonunion, the fixation is strong, the operation is safe and the healing rate is high.
