摘要
通过对田径运动训练科学化的分析指出,田径运动训练应更加重视科学选材和早期的训练、利用理想化数学模型训练、训练的专项化和个性化趋势、赛练结合,更加重视主动恢复和心理训练等几个方面。
The paper makes an analysis of scientific training of Field Teaching, points out that Field Teaching training pays more attention to the talent election, which the content and way of train is special, the intensity of train is strong, psychological training give more prominence, train period is shorten according to the need, and so on.
