摘要
本文针对液体分离这一化工过程设计相应的分离方案:即按混合液体中各种原液体的沸点不同将其分离,利用SCL(西门子结构化编程语言)进行仿真建模而创建为一个FB功能块以供调用,然后利用CFC(SIMATIC PCS 7用于模拟控制的组态)和SFC(SIMATIC PCS 7用于逻辑控制的组态)设计一个仿真的SIMATIC PCS7(西门子DCS)控制系统来实现混合液体分离,并实现在流程图中对整个流程进行监视。
SIMATIC PCS7 control system is a new generation of process control system developed by Siemens and is widely used in the field of process control. In order to meet the requirements of experiment and innovation practices of PCS Laboratory at the university, this paper provides a solution for liquid separation based on the different boiling point of the liquid. A FB function module is established by using the CFL language. A simulation PCS7 system based on CFC and SFC is presented for separation of the mixed liouid. The orocess can also be monitored with the flow chart.
