摘要
选择早期糖尿病肾病64例,32例使用洛汀新治疗,32例在使用洛汀新的基础上加服保肾汤,治疗4周。治疗前后分别查:尿白蛋白排泄率、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮、血压、血脂并观察临床症状。结果:加服保肾汤组各项指标及临床症状明显好转,优于单用洛汀新组。结论:采用保肾汤与洛汀新联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病可减少尿白蛋白排泄;保护肾功能;降低血压;降低总胆固醇、甘油三酯、升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇;改善临床症状,延缓病情进展。
Objective ：To observe therapeutic effect of the recipe for protecting renal function and Lotensin on early stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods ： To select 62 cases of early stage diabetic nephropathy,the treatment group（32 cases） was treated with Lotensin plus the recipe for protecting renal function, and the control group （32 cases） was treated with Lotensin,both the treatment group and the control group were given medicine for 4 weeks. To examine urine Albumin Excretion Rate （UAER） ,24 - hour urinary protein, Serum creatimine （ scr）, blood urine nitrogen （ Bun）, blood pressure and blood lipids, and to observe clinical symptoms before and after treatment. Results ：The treatment group was superior to the control group in the aspects of every index and clinical symptoms. Conclusion ：Integrated treatment of the recipe for protecting renal function and Lotensin for early stage diabetic nephropathy has functions of reducing urinary protein, improving renal function, lowering blood pressure, reducing total cholesterol and triglyceride, increasing high - density ei- poprotein ,improving clinical symptoms and delaying development of disease.
