摘要
在对我国地方政府部门间信息共享问卷调查和对国内外相关研究的基础上,提出增加对政府部门间信任水平及各影响因素内部结构的考察,建立了相应的理论框架和假设。在实证分析中,运用结构方程建模等方法对理论框架和假设进行了检验,提出了推进政府部门间信息共享的政策建议。
This paper brought forward the consideration of trust among local government departments and built corresponding theory framework and hypotheses on the basis of interview and study of related research, applied structural equation modeling in the demonstration to test the hypotheses, and some suggestions to promote information sharing were proposed.
