摘要 卵泡刺激素在人类生殖过程中有重要作用,其对卵巢的作用主要是通过与颗粒细胞表面的特异性卵泡刺激素受体结合来发挥的。与卵泡刺激素受体基因突变较为罕见相比,卵泡刺激素受体基因单核苷酸多态性更为常见。目前认为卵泡刺激素受体基因单核苷酸多态性可能是不孕症治疗的相关基因标志,由于其与卵巢储备、卵巢反应和卵巢肿瘤发生之间存在一定的关联,将可能为促排卵治疗的个体化选择提供依据。但目前仍需更多样本和种族的前瞻性资料以及基础研究来明确卵泡刺激素受体基因单核苷酸多态性与卵巢功能之间的关系。 Follicle stimulation hormone(FSH) plays important role in human reproduction. This gonadotrophin exerts its effects on ovary by binding to specific follicle stimulation hormone receptor(FSHR) located on the surface of granulocytes. Compared with rare FSHR gene mutation, its single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are more frequent. Up to date, researches suggested that SNPs of FSHR gene may be a genetic marker for treatment of infertility. As its certain associations with ovarian reservation, ovarian response and development of ovarian carcinoma, SNPs of FSHR gene could be considered as a basis for individualized ovalution-stimulating therapy. However, prospective and basic researches on it concerning with more samples and races should be conducted to further determine relationship of SNPs of FSHR gene with ovarian function.
