摘要
采用差热分析、红外光谱和毛细管流变仪等方法,研究了涤纶纺前着色纤维染料的结构对热稳定性、无油丝粘度降以及熔体流变性能的影响.研究结果表明:染料热分解温度应大于300℃,不含偶氮及极性基的(?)醌、杂环和酞菁类染料使无油丝粘度降较少,熔体流动性能接近于本体,其非牛顿指数和粘流活化能分别为0.9和80—90kJ/m。国产染料如黄102、红 M-BI,(B)、塑料蓝503等可以代替进口染料应用于生产涤纶纺前着色丝.
The effects of the structure of different dyestuffs for spun-dyeing of PET fiberon the thermal stability,viscosity degradation of the non-oily yarn and the rheolo-gical behaviour of the melt have been investigated by the methods of differentialthermal analysis,IR and capillary rheometer.The results show that the heat deco-mposition temperature of the dyestuffs should be higher than 300℃.The additionof anthraquinone,phthalocyanine and pyrazolone without azo and polar groupsdyestuffs into PET causes a little change in the viscosity decrease of nonoily yarnand the theological behaviour of the melt keeps similar to original PET.Theactivation energy and non-newtonian index are 80-90kJ/m and 0.9 respectively.
