摘要
采用色母粒法制备蓝色锦纶6 FDY。通过对原液着色锦纶6 FDY的纺丝工艺探讨。结果表明:含水率0.02%以下、色母粒质量分数0.5%~4.0%、纺丝温度265~275℃、喷丝板长径比2.5、测吹风温23℃、牵伸比1∶1.5∶2.5、超喂率4%、卷绕角度7°可得到色牢度良好、物理性能优异的原液着色蓝色锦纶6 FDY。
Blue polyamide-6 FDY was prepared using master batch mass coloring process.The results showed that,the moisture content was less than 0.02%,the master batch content was 0.5-4.0%,the spinning temperature was 265-275℃,the spinneret lengthen to diameter ratio was 2.5℃,the measuring blower temperature was 23℃,the draft ratio was 1∶1.5∶2.5,the overfeed rate was 4%,the winding angle was 7°,the blue polyamide-6 FDY with good color fastness and excellent physical properties could be obtained.
