摘要
帆船帆板项目极为复杂,影响成绩的因素众多,其规律难以把握。从帆船帆板项目对体能要求的相对性和高度的心智能力等特征可以看出,"风的利用是根本,体能是基础,航线是关键,速度是核心,心智是保障"构成了帆船帆板项目的制胜规律。
