非病毒基因载体聚乙二醇-聚乙烯亚胺的合成及其结合DNA能力的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以IPDI为偶联剂,合成了PEG-PEI接枝共聚物,用FT-IR、1HNMR对共聚产物进行结构表征确认,通过1H NMR计算出共聚物的分子量,并通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳试验考察共聚物与DNA的结合能力。结果表明,成功合成了PEG-PEI共聚物,当PEG接枝量为10%、25%时,PEG-PEI结合DNA的能力没有受到明显影响;当PEG接枝量为50%时,PEG-PEI结合DNA的能力有所下降。 PEG-PEI graft copolymers were synthesized with IPDI as a coupling reagent,and the copolymers were characterized by FT-IR and 1^H NMR.The molecular weight of the copolymers were calculated by 1^H NMR.The capability of the copolymers to condense DNA was evaluated by agarose gel electrophoresis.It was showed that the capability of the copolymers to condense DNA was not impaired when grafting 10% and 25% PEG,while the capability was a little declined when grafting 50% PEG.
