摘要
福建省高职院校投入有限，校外实训基地建设竞争激烈，“双师型”教师严重缺乏，对省内高职院校实训基地资源进行整合十分必要。可采取筹建公共校外实训基地的措施，充分发挥各院校特色专业和校内实训基地的作用。在进行资源整合过程中，应注意要最大限度地利用现有资源，要建立资源统筹的管理理念，要有长远发展目标，要与其他教学资源整合相协调。
It is necessary to integrate practice training resources inside higher vocational schools in Fujian, following are the reasons： investment onthe construction of practice training base inside higher vocational schools isn＇t enough, the construction of practice training base outside school compete furious, dual-qualification teachers are lack seriously. Higher vocational schools can adopt the measure of preparing to construct public practice training base and take full advantage of characteristic specialties and the practice training bases inside higher vocational schools. In the process of resources integration, the following points should be given attention： fully taking advantage of existing resources, establishing the management view of planning resources as a whole, having long-term development objectives and harmonizing with other teaching resources.
