系统研究宪法监督程序问题应主要从宪法监督程序构造、运行、关联的一般理论和中国特色宪法监督程序的健全完善等方面,构建以解决中国问题为主旨的宪法监督程序研究的基本框架,构成宪法监督程序论纲。
This compendium of the procedure of constitutional supervision comprises basic theory concerning the structure, function and connection of the procedure, and the improvement of the procedure with Chinese characteristics, which may construct a fundamental framework of research regarding the China issue settlement as its substance.
