摘要
马克思主义廉政理论把廉政作为一种目的价值而高扬,从而实现了人类社会廉政思想史上的革命性变革。马克思主义经典作家廉政理论的一般原理,要转化为具有中国特色的廉政诉求,必须与中国不同时期的具体国情相结合,并实现马克思主义廉政理论的中国化发展。而马克思主义廉政理论的中国化发展体现出以下特性:即廉政主旨的一贯性、从严治党的坚定性、权力监督的逐步明晰性、制度倡廉的渐趋科学性以及廉政理论创新的民族性和时代性。
Marxism incorruption theory takes incorruption as a value goal to publicize,which is a revolutionary change of incorruption ideology in human society.It is needed to integrate fundamental principles of incorruption theory of Marxist classics with Chinese basic reality in different periods and localize it in China in order to form an incorruption appeal with Chinese characteristics The development of Marxism incorruption theory in China has such features: the consistence of incorruption main point,firmness of Party's governance strictness,clearness of power supervision,scientificity of advocating incorruption by institutions and nationality and temporary spirit of incorruption theoretical innovation.
